That is also my answer because crypto coin is not a registered commodity. It is like being smuggled when it enters a country. Cryptocurrency in our country is very much legal. Our central bank approved of it and we have a platform that is regulated by it. It's so sad that it's still illegal in other countries. The transaction can be traced in the sense of you can see the wallet on the blockchain community however if you actually had to trace who used that wallet to a specific person that can be a lot more difficult because any person can change their cryptocurrency wallet address and any point in time by just refreshing it on the wallet that they are using.Cryptocurrency is not as annoymous as we use to think of it back then. I like cryptocurrency and I hope that all government will accept them. I am thankful for our government that they have not banned bitcoin. They only regulate it. I am so saddened by the news that their are countries banning cryptocurrency. And there is recent news that El Salvador accepted bitcoin as a legal tender in their country. cryptocurrency is not illegal Because today is the age of technology Every person is doing business and earning money through latest technology People are earning money and living a happy life by trading with cryptocurrency online sitting at home. But there are some countries in which cryptocurrency is still illegal, it may be legal there in the coming years.For some countries they still are against the crypto usage and consider it illegal because of the criminal potential with these coins. Because these coins are considered to be anonymous and they cannot be tracked, it is used to fund many criminal actions and to launder money. Therefore since there is no way for the country to effectively regulate its use, they tend to deem it to be illegal. This is my understanding behind why countries tend to view crypto as illegal.
