Ethereum Co-creator, Vitalik Buterin is reported as saying, "Today, I would call BCH mostly a failure" Do you really believe BCH is a failed project? BCH all all-time high was in 2017 at $4355. The second highest price for BCH was in May 2021 with $1500 per coin but it never went close to its all-time high price.

If we talk in terms of price, perhaps we could consider BCH as a failure, since it reached its historical maximum quite some time ago and in this last cycle it has not managed to surpass said historical maximum, but on the other hand it is a widely used cryptocurrency and one of the best for cheap and fast transactions, I think BCH still has a future ahead of it and I don't think it is a failed project

as a currency having low transaction charges and high transaction speed, I believe people will continue to use BCH but just because people are using it, it does not give a coin value. The coin needs to attract institutional investors. maybe it is too early to predict BCH as a failed crypto.

Exactly, it is a young cryptocurrency, only 6 years old, and it is also true that a currency does not simply have to have low costs and fast transactions to continue its course, innovation is key to attracting investors, I believe that BCH does not meet those requirements, but I believe that the future will tell us if it is capable of improving its performance or not, in my case I do not invest in said cryptocurrency

I wouldn't see BCH as a failed cryptocurrency. If we are looking at it that way, we should be seeing Litecoin and even Bitcoin as a failed cryptocurrency looking at how these coins have crashed down in their prices. Litecoin dipped from $222+ down to $64, Bitcoin from $67k+ down to $14k and $26k.

I think that this project has lived its life and I completely agree with Vitalik, because now the world of cryptocurrency has changed and projects have a completely different value than BCH and people are not ready to invest in it
