Not everyone has the type of money or patience that is required to be successful in real estate though. I think mutual funds is a good one for such people, especially if you don't plan to invest for a long time.

I don't know much about that though. Is it available here in our country and can people invest and earn reasonable amount of money from real mutual funds ? I always believe that treasury bill was the most profitable.

Before anyone goes into any from of investment i believe they must have known the risks involved in investments and of cause the terms and conditions required for that particular investment. After reading this its left for you as an individual to determine if its worth going into.

Mutual fund is a good way to make money over a short period of time but I prefer investing in real estate because the money and the profit will be until the property is no no use again .
