There are many cryptocurrency that have shown signs of future potentials. I will encourage you to invest in these projects , polkadot , cardano , Binance (BNB) , Cake and UNI . They have features that will make them to rise further

I have read and researched a few things about BNB and cardano, the others I don't know, but it is interesting to see the great variety of crypto where you can invest in order to increase your capital, despite the risks that are always present. Thank you for your recommendations

It is a good way to make money however it is not any easy way to make money because you will need to have a lot of technical knowledge for which coins to invest in and for how long. Many people think it is a get-rich-quick idea however this is not the case.

The truth is, however, that it is quite hard to buy cryptocurrency and forget about it because as humans we are naturally drawn to constantly check on the price and we start to panic when the price goes down. So i think that is the real down side to all of this that can prove to be quite dangerous if we don't manage it well.

You are absolutely right, the idea is not to look for information on how things are going in crypto, I have a small amount in litecoin and I don't go in to check, but every time my brother calls me on the phone he tells me how things are going if it goes up or down, which is stressful.

I agree with you that it can be quite stressful. I am gradually trying to dissociate myself from the habit of checking coin prices every now and then. I will still read the news to know what is going on in the crypto space but not become so obsessed about it anymore.
