Husband or wife: who should have the upper hand in a marriage?

I believe that the woman bears the majority of the responsibility in most marriages. If a man believes he is in charge, he will know deep down that a woman is in charge of him and that this is not the truth.

I think in most marriages, women will always have upper hand, provided the man truly loves his wife. That's what I have seen around me, including my own life
