Recently I saw a new released by the central bank of Nigeria that cryptocurrency have been paced on ban that no band should accept any transaction that involves it. I WS first troubled when I read this news because many of my online investment are through cryptocurrency but later I had a deed sigh of relief because I know that it is very difficult for anybody to lock Nigerians out of a system without finding a solution. It's a matter of time.
Now my concern is this, what if the CBN decision is fully implemented and there is no way to go around it, how will it affect your online business?

There is no way the ban of crypto currency will affect me as i dont do direct trading with crypto currency. I have been making my own little money frm crypto currency by just mining for my own kind of currency that will be needful to me. Since it's not going to affect my daily mining of being paid my money in return to my Nigeria cash i don't have any problem.

The only way that can make crypto currency ban to affect me is when we are stopped from using it as a means of receiving payment from our online business. I use crypto currency as my withdrawal option instead of naira

It will affect me because I can no longer use my bank account to buy cryptocurrency again. But I have looked for another option and found binance peer to peer transaction which I can use to bypass the ban by the Nigerian government.

On September 14, 2020, the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC] decided to regulate digital assets such as cryptocurrency for the West African nation. The SEC says that because of the 'offering of digital assets' such as 'crypto tokens or cryptocurrencies', they provide an anomaly method that fits Wi-Fi or makes money an asset.

A government that have never been worried about the high rate of unemployment, a government that have never be worried about hunger in the land is trying to remove the little bread in our mouth. It's such a sad situation. There are several ways in which we can deposit and withdraw our cryptocurrencies without passing through Banks.

I received some crypto currency before hearing the news on Friday that crypto currency usage was banned so I had to wait to see what was going to happen, the next day on social media people already panic sold their coin and because of the large volume of requests and the sudden ban, withdrawals were paused and there was panic, I still have not been able to receive my small money but we will find a way.

The fact that the government through the center bank of Nigeria has decided to shut down transaction of cryptocurrency citing certain issues as been the reason is something that is of great concern, looking at the trend at which crypto has moved with developed countries using this platform, one would wonder why the government chose to do so, but I’m optimistic that this would be just another approach that would hit waters soon and the decision would be reverted.

It is like, they are still skeptical about the issue on the ban of crypto currency in Nigeria.
I saw a post that it as been reversed, I don't really know how true it is.
But I believe if it doesn't have any negative impact on the Government, then it should be allowed to stay.

This decision made by the government of Nigeria through the Central bank will not only affect my running investment in crytocurrency but also the intention of trading in crytocurrency to boost my financial gain.

It is affecting me a lot because I can't buy crypto with my mastercard. Even receiving payments for crypto that I received to my wallet is a headache. I really hope this issue is resolved soon because it is looking rather blink at the moment. I really can't imagine what would happen if this ban becomes a permanent rhin

Cruptocurrency ban in Nigeria cannot affect me in anyway as there are other means of buying cryptocurrencies. There is no limitation to acquiring digital assets since it is a world wide platform amd can be sent and received anywhere in the world. I've got friends in various countries so it's easy for them to buy for me and send me the currency while i send them the money. Life is easy.

Most Nigerians that are into online jobs would have a problem getting their earnings because most Nigerians use cryptocurrency to get their pay as PayPal has banned Nigerians from receiving payments. It's really going to be difficult for Nigerian based bizdustry members but we'll find a way around it.

Cryptocurrencies ban in Nigeria can olny for the moment affect the use our bank cards to make purchases of cryptocurrencies we do buy before now. But it most definitely cannot stop the transactions on cryptocurrencies which are still going on as we speak.

Aside the fact that i usually prefer buying my crypto directly from the exchange by depositing naira and being credited the equivalent in Bitcoin. I had always preferred them over peer to peer bit it seems peer to peer is the only option right now.

The sudden ban of crypto currency in Nigeria may likely affect every internet entrepreneur for a particular period of time until we start to find solutions to it gradually. Most of our transactions online are performed through the crypto currency but the ban will make it a bit difficult for the time being.
