Paxful is a good place, there people can even use Stripe for BTC. However it hardly accepts USD, but good to know it accepts gift card also.

True the restrictions placed on certain countries is one of the major challenges of paxful. And if you wish to trade gift card or bitcoin on the platform, you need to be very careful because these days get a lot of scam cases on the platform.

Someone is offering me giftcard, but I am not interested because those cards do not work in my region, so unless they work, my only strategy is to sell/exchange gift card. Trading with BTC is good idea.
