Many people think that you need to be a professional in order to start selling stuff online. While it is true that many people prefer buying products such as courses and books written by experienced people, this may not always mean that a novice person may not be able to create a course and start selling products online. There are many talented people out there who may have some knowledge and it might be worth sharing with others. So, how can you start selling products such as courses as a newbie?

I think it depends on what your courses are. It's still quite hard to sell a course, especially if it's something that needs you to teach it, as it's hard to trust someone new when it comes to any forms of teaching. But, we all have to start somewhere, so if your rates are within new user rates, you might be able to find a future in selling courses.

You need to establish yourself before you really start to get big numbers.

What do you mean by a newbie? Someone who has never sold a course or a person who is entirely new to this method of making money? In order to sell courses, you need course creation skills, you need SEO skills to take your course on internal and external searches, and digital marketing skills to send traffic to your course listing.

A newbie wouldn't find it easy to sell any course online. If you want to sell any course online, becoming an authority in the subject you want to sell a course on is what's going to help you. Having an existing audience to sell to will help too because they are the one's who would buy your courses.

Even as a newbie, it's possible to start selling courses and make money as an affiliate marketer. The first step is to choose a niche that you're knowledgeable and passionate about. Then, you'll need to create a course outline and start creating the content. Once the course is ready, you can start promoting it through your website, social media, and other marketing channels. You may want to consider using an online platform like Udemy or Teachable to host and sell your course.
