When you are a freelancer and you get to tr point that you have so many gigs and time doesn't allow you to meet up, you van outsource the jobs to other freelancers who don't have orders and split the payments.

Freelancing is such a great job when you are good at what you does , freelancing can be tiring and competetive , and when younare good , you have a lot of jobs on your hand which might make you tired .

The problem with freelancers in my part of yh the world is that one person wants to do all the gigs nu himself no matter how much it would stress him or her. Sometimes, they can't even meet up with turn in time.
