- Apply two-factor authentication, also known as 2FA.
- Create 16+ characters; a strong password generator would be perfect. Ensure you remember the password and store it somewhere safe.
-Keep your recovery pass phrase safe. If you lose access to this, YOUR FUNDS WILL BE GONE.

Anyone else has any other suggestions?
You've said it all. Two way factor Authentication is retrievable but your 12 paraphrase is not recoverable as its the system that generate some words for you as paraphrase. I can't just stop remembering my lost fund which I kept in 2014. As at then, I was having $70 worth of coin, while I believe if its still available today, I would have nothing less than $5000.

All of your suggestions are on point. As for me, I like setting my password with the combination of small and capital letter with numbers on it. I don't I have used 2FA feature on my crypto wallet. Having notifications to alert us from each of the unsual login would also be great.

Besides the points to protect the security of the wallet above such as Strong password, 2FA, and Seed or passphrase, I would like to add, don't use a new web wallet whose reputation is not yet known, because I've used a web wallet, but after a year it has been down or closed, Don't store large amounts of Bitcoin in hot wallets, use hot wallets only for daily transactions, don't trust messages from e-mails, and don't forget to inherit, private keys and passwords to beloved family parents, siblings or children, because we don't know what will happen tomorrow with us.

no other suggestions can be better than the ones you have provided for us here. but I'll like to stress the fact that one has to be careful with the kind of device one uses to access one's wallet anyhow and avoid taking screenshots that will display your balance. with all these, I believe one is surely safe from thieves.

Good tips , I follow almost all tips you mentioned here, it is also very important to write your wallet details on a paper offline and keep it safe because anything could happen to your device anytime. What do you mean by multi signature features.?

The method in which I use to keep my cryptocurrency wallet safe is by using biometric capture each time I try to open my wallet, this is very important for me to keep my wallet safe from hackers and scammers who might try to access my wallet.

The 2Fa code has always been a better option, i have used that to lock my wallet to keep my wallet safe, loosing any crypto due to forgetting paraphrase or loss of recovery passwords will be a real regret, I as well change my password at intervals as well and lock my phone to prevent access to unauthorized persons.

Multisignature wallets (or multisig, for short), are cryptocurrency wallets that require two or more private keys to sign and send a transaction. The storage method requires multiple cryptographic signatures (a private key's unique fingerprint) to access the wallet.

I also use the two factor authentication 2FA but my password is just ten characters of mixture of both letters and numbers all together. I make sure this password is well kept and easily accessible for me whenever I need it.

Here are some of the ways to secure your cryptocurrency:
  1. Use a Cold Wallet. Unlike hot wallets, cold wallets do not connect to the internet therefore, they are not prone to cyberattacks. ...
  2. Use Secure Internet. ...
  3. Maintain Multiple Wallets. ...
  4. Secure Your Personal Device. ...
  5. Change Your Password Regularly. ...
  6. Don't Get Phished.Users can lose bitcoin and other cryptocurrency tokens as a result of theft, computer failure, loss of access keys, and more. Cold storage (or offline wallets) is one of the safest methods for holding bitcoin, as these wallets are not accessible via the Internet, but hot wallets are still convenient for some users.

I agree with you in terms of creating two step authentication for your wallet, this can go a long way in securing the wallet from been hacked by scammers. In addition to that it is advisable that you set up a back up system for your funds in your wallet just in case something goes wrong.

You have said it there two ways to secure your wallet truly and they are recoverable once is lost. But I can tell you is not all that is recoverable because once you lost your 12 paraphrase it not going to be easy for you to recover your wallet again because is automatic generation. So one way to keep your wallet is to keep your 12 paraphrase very well and memories it in your head with that your wallet is safe and secure.

All the point highlight is awesome, but my own additional opinion is that, try to give your wallet a concrete information about your details and also let the notification bot be on as when ever any transaction is going on, because this will enable you to ve aware when and from what device it is coming from.
And also there are some wallet that request you to confirm device use in operating I think this should as well be stated clearly that each time this pop up try as much as possible to attend to this email.
Avoid using a third party device for update on your wallet or maybe you are out of Data you now go ahead by using another person gadget. Some gadget as soon as you gain access it will save you details even without the permission message pop up to be granted, so let just be mindful of this as well.

With crypto currency wallet security, the first Important factor is to keep your seed phrase very well because it's always the main problem many people always encounter and mostly lose their funds. After that, 2FA verification system too may be helpful to give extra security to the account and that might also help reduce fraud in crypto currency wallets.
