How much money do you put towards an employees pension or retirement?

I think most owners/employers should match what you pay into retirement or your pension for the given paycheck or month. Do you agree? I think it shoul be like at least 5-10% of what you pay in at least. Or a full match of what you pay in. They should be adding something in too. Right?

I have never owned a big company where I gave pension or retirement benefits. My businesses closed because of loss. Had I owned a big business and was running until now, I would have certainly offered retirement benefits for my workers.
