If you have huge amount it is better invested in Crypto currencies such even 5% rise will give you a reasonable amount of profit and always be fully aware that loses could be experience too. It is not always a win win situation.

Blockchain wallet has just 5 Crypto currencies currently, I wouldn't know the one you want to invest the whole of $500 in one of the coins or invest in all of them which i think is much more safe as compared to only one coin.

There is no restriction as to how much amount you want to invest in cryptocurrency. You can invest as much amount as you want, you can start your trading and investment should with $ 10 minimum you can profit from this amount.

As you mentioned earlier that it's a bit risky work regarding to Investment, so I would try to take risk but on a minor level. Because I need to get expert first then I would like to invest by looking at my pocket. Without getting knowledge of anything and investing for no reason gives a shock in the form of loss.
