How many times can you pull yourself up on the horizontal bar?

I've been training a lot, but I still can't pull up that many times and I don't understand why. At school, I could do a maximum of 12 repetitions, but then I had completely different body characteristics. Now my maximum is 10 times, but I train almost every day
 
Well, I've been training calisthenics for a long time, so my maximum pull-ups at my best were about 25, at the moment I don't do so many because I don't want to push my body to the limit like I used to do before, now I do about 15 more or less.
 
I have not tried this in the recent times but in the past when I used to do it,I could pull up to 20 times without taking rest
