How long does it take to get a new passport in your country?

The passport has an expiration date, so it must be renewed several times in a lifetime. A year ago I updated it for the first time and to my surprise it didn't take that long. I needed to come one day for 10 minutes in order to take a new photo and clarify the data, and in a week I came to receive a ready passport

If you go through a normal process it will take 4-6 weeks, however, if you go through expedited process you can get a passport in one day.

In my case I got it in one day, I took the photo and went on the date provided, it was all very fast, there was not much problem in the process.
