Usually BTC transaction do earlier than other transactions i guess. I also requested payout but in LTC and after notification by Staff that payout request sent you, after 10 to 15 minutes later i got my LTC transactions, but may be sone technical fault , but it will be received soon. From what i have seen in the past, when a transaction is made to me in bitcoin cash it usually takes around an hour for all of the confirmations to happen and for it it to be reflected but this can vary depending on the traffic and the wallet you are using.

Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is very fast when it comes to transactions, I have used it to receive payment before and it comes in very fast so the problem might be from the platform you are getting the coin from, maybe there is delay from their end or maybe it's a scam. You may also want to check if you have entered the correct address.

I haven't really carried out any kind of online transaction using Bitcoin cash. It's been mostly Litecoin and Binance coin BNB for me. They are both very fast in transactions.

It does not takes to long time to get your transactions done even though it depends on your location some location are poor in terms of network facilities which will delay their transactions.
