Any transaction om any cryptocurrency is as fast as the speed of a moving jet,once they release your cash,there should be instant reflection immediately. So I guess the problem may be from your mobile network provider or better still restart you phone device to know where the issue is coming from.

It don't take so much time if you have done the transaction clearly. Last week I have wasted my 19$ withdraw which was first from this site. I used bitcoin.cash for Transection and committed mistake while sending that withdraw to another wallet where we don't have option to Send BCHs. So check either you have done the right Transection or have wasted hour dollars like me.

The Bitcoin transaction I have done before used to take seconds. I have never heard of any Bitcoin transaction that took minutes or more.

It really does not require much time. The process is fast too. Withdrawals is not something to worry about. So far you follow the right process.

I believe its just the same, like any other coins transaction goes. You just need to copy your wallet address and go to where you want to send it from and press send, and it will definitely go to where you directed it.
