How is cryptocurrency created?

I don't really have much idea about the creation of cryptocurrency but I've read something concerning it on Google about how crytocurrency is being created, you can just check it out on Google because Google may be able to give you a wider understanding of cryptography and every other information.

Of course, cryptocurrencies are being mined by solving mathematical algorithms which in turn gives the currencies as rewards. That's why there's the talk of blocks, once you're able to solve a block of problems, you get rewarded.
