I know it deals with commodities like gold and oil.

I think quorum deals more with other forex commodities like gold. It is a tool used by traders or investors to determine the performance of the commodity in economic environments.

I don't think that's a good idea, if you are a trader that knows what he's doing you don't need to have all those things, I think if you know how to use price action you definitely enjoy it.
