I do not see anything wrong around monero coin and the dash coin being privacy coins. What effect does their status of being a privacy coin have on my dealings and transactions with the cryptocurrencies so far? Nothing
I think countries don't need to worry about using privacy coins, even if privacy coins like Monero, Dash, Zcash etc
it will be difficult to track both the recipient and the sender, but the privacy coin holder will exchange it for fiat money on the exchange so it will be immediately known who the owner is, if it is from a crime it will be easy to catch.
That may be true but most scammers will first of all convert it to other coins send it out to another exchange where they will have to withdraw it unnoticed.

Thanks for sharing information about monero and dash as privacy coins. I will no longer use these coins then if scammers use this in carrying out fraudulent activities. If I will not use these two privacy coins, there are thousands more cryptocurrencies that I can choose from.
People only use them when they want to remain anonymous in their business. This is the main thing why people buy it and the reason why government are against it
To.me I think if something of that nature should be like privacy coin then I support the banned by any country because I believe it can be use to scammed many people. so there should not be any of that kind.
I have never tried the coin because I just hearing coin for the first time I don't really know more about it, but try to understand it better on how to use this private coin.
I think Dash is better than Monero. While all monero transactions are private, you have an option to make dash transaction private or public. I believe privacy coins pose risk of terrorism funding.
