If the website isn't transparent, it's never a good sign. You should be able to find all information about associated fees, deposit and withdrawal methods, the minimum needed to open an account, maximum leverage, and so on. Also, some will advertise LiveChat, but they actually connect you to a bot every time, so it's best to check first when this is offered to see if they're tricking you.
