Well, I have not made any real estate investment. Therefore, I cannot say based on my personal experience, however, I can of course share what I have learned through observation over the years. There are two things you need to see, one, the location of the property, and two, the conditions of the property you are buying.

There are a few key things to look at when evaluating a real estate investment. First, you need to consider the location of the property. Is it in a growing area with potential for appreciation? Second, you need to look at the financials of the property. What is the cash flow? What is the ROI? And what is the cap rate? Finally, you need to consider your goals for the property.
