As a cryptocurrency Enthusiast, I find it very stressful trying to convince people that Cryptocurrency is not a scam. Rather I let them know how Cryptocurrency works through action instead of verbal argument.

I do not say to anyone that cryptocurrencies are not scam because there is a lot of cryptocurrencies that are scam project so saying reverse of that is not the truth and considered as financial advice. People must invest on popular one.

I am 50/50 on crypto in terms of what it offers and what it can do. But, I also don't like the risks with it, how volatile it is, and how scammy it can be too. The problem I see, is that crypto doesn't have any laws from what I can see, that stop scams in their tracks.

I think we're going to see more scammers abuse it. But there will be some people who are legit about it and want to make a working currency. But not everyone wants to do the good thing. Some just do this for the money.

There is a saying that action speaks louder than words. So why you are trying to convince them you should show them how long you have been using it and how it has benefited you.

Well here we have to mark something and we should not generalize that cryptocurrencies are not scams because there are many that are, but there are also many that are laudable and totally legal projects, for this I would simply say that I do not need to convince him, I would say to him to look for information for himself and inform yourself and that later judge for himself

Cryptocurrencies are not scam and it will never be a scam because it's a very big project that is legitimate but it is not to say that there are no crypto scams online.

You can even check if the cryptocurrency is backed up by a whale or not. For example, people invest in Dogecoin because of Elon Musk. Those are the things you should check for.
One of the things to look for is to inorder to check if a cryptourrency is a scam or not is the market capitalisation and the number of users that this cryptocurrency has garnered. This is a pointer to no knowing if the cryptocurrency would be a scam or not.

Well, I can tell you that people believe in what they can see. So, when you're trying to convince them cryptocurrency is legitimate, real and not a scam, you would have to show them the proof that you have been able to make money from investing in cryptocurrency over time. Should they not be convinced by what you have shown them, just stop wasting your time trying to make them believe again.

It's easy to convince people who never believed cryptocurrency was legit before now because of the support it's received by the biggest payment processor company in USA. PayPal have come to adopt cryptocurrency by launching a stable coin of their own. If those you want to convince use PayPal, the job have been made easy for you.

Paypal has launched its stable cryptocurrency PYUSD, in fact I opened a thread in this forum commenting on this event, you can go check it out yourself, if Paypal manages to make this stablecoin popular among its clients and creates an exchange within Paypal where all the world can buy cryptocurrencies with its stablecoin, it can trigger the adoption of crypto and therefore its popularity and use.

What PayPal need to do is make their stabe coin to be accessed on other cryptocurrency exchange. The last time I checked Binance, they don't have PayPal stable coin on it and I'm sure the same thing is on Coinbase. When they move it to be purchased in any cryptocurrency market, then the support is complete.

It is highly unlikely that cryptocurrencies are a scam. They are a really huge market and in many cases, many cryptocurrencies are decentralised as well. Unfortunately, many big companies are still having a really harder time accepting this. many investors such as Warren Buffet is also not a big fan of cryptocurrencies.
