How can a person create an altcoin?

I want to create an Altcoins or my own cryptocurrency. I would like to know what is the process for that? How do you form a blockchain? Moreover, what is the process of getting your token listed on exchanges? Moreover, how is the coin priced in the market?
 
I think first of all you need to start an airdrop and ICO before anything, any purchase in ICO is rewarded then you arrange some funds then exchanges starts to list your coin as simple as that.
 
You can create a crypto token by using blockchain platform like Ethereum. You can also create coin instead of token but you need programming skills

Ooh that is true.
I remember that it is either we mine these new coins or we earn them from airdrops.
