Instead of thinking of going to all these so called private exchangers that you don't know or have met before, I will advise you go and get yourself registered in a popular cryptocurrency exchange platform like binance and trade there with peace of mind

Well, concerning your question in the above post on how you are going to withdraw your bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies now that the Nigerian government have placed a ban on banks transacting with crypto, well you need to use P2P

The ban placed on Nigeria Banks for processing crypto transactions by the government doesn't change anything, some wallet still process payment while you can use the p2p methods. Few crypto wallet allows p2p trading.
Most wallets have even adopted the peer to peer system of deposit and withdrawal, you get paired to another member to complete a deposit or withdrawal, simple.

Some exchange platforms are still allowing the withdraw feature, platforms like binance, luno and roqqu. You can also sell to trusted and legit crypto exchangers. You can still withdraw, just that you'd go through more process and a longer time than usual.
It has been a source of concern for some period and was looking for a way out.A friend of mine has been using luno for his transaction and it has worked for him when doing withdrawal.

It is so pathetic that cryptocurrency exchange platforms have been adopting their own peer to peer payment for cryptocurrency while luno siting doing nothing about their own

So it is not only China that has banned the use of crypto but Nigeria as well. To be frank, I have a feeling that some other countries would also ban the crypto. Their central bank officials may just be formulating the restriction in a smooth way so as not to make people lose money through their crypto currency holding.

This is just the only way to go for the moment. Using your binance peer to peer exchange platforms to get and also sell your cryptocurrencies is the smartest thing to do
The governments has indeed made made banks not to participate in things like crypto and it is affecting the space. Right now, I use binance pair to pair to sell all my crypto.

I learned the P2P method, and since then I've been moving well with the new method since then. The ban of naira to crypto was a shocker to all of us who deal with crypto, but we've moved on from the setback.

The ban was a very unnecessary one and one that was really not called for. But now a lot of people are using binance peer yo peer feature to sell and to buy their crypto.

It is quite very sad and annoying to see the latest development but at the same time you can sell your bitcoin using the peer to peer service in binance app.

Peer to peer is the fastest and easiest means to sell your cryptocurrency anytime that you want to do so. The ban doesn't really affects individuals that deals with cryptocurrency but only affects banks and all financial institutions.

Baesd on the law passed on all banks by Central Bank of Nigeria, how do think people will be able to withdraw or convert their crypto currencies
Peer to peer trading has been the way through which people withdraw their bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency to Fiat currency. So far it has been very good way of withdraw for us.

I believe that the issue of withdrawing your crypto must have been solved by now. I am not from Nigeria and I am glad my country has not banned Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Even if my country would have banned cryptocurrencies, I would have figured how to withdraw my coins through some other legal way.

It is very easy, you can simply sell it to a third party bitcoin merchant and you get your cash sent to your bank instantly. I am a merchant in buying and selling bitcoin. Check my profile. You can contact me on WhatsApp +2348069104982. You have nothing to worry about.
I see, why not direct him to p2p on binance... what makes you think he as nothing to worry about... Have fall into merchant scammers so i think he should worry if its concerning merchant....

There are actually ways to withdraw your crypto but it all depends on the platform you are using for example Roqqu which is crypto wallet can buy and sell crypto, swapping also. Then when it comes to withdrawing your money you can withdraw through p2p which is quiet fast and efficient, so you should be worried about your coins.

It is really a pity to Nigerian crypto enthusiasts after the ban on the cryptocurrencies. I wonder if peer to peer exchanges in sites like Binance have been closed too. It would be the easiest in converting them to local currencies.
