I think it will be a good thing and have good impact in life of many people. Many people here have been complaining about the price of house especially in Europe here

When prices go down most times, it's to the favour of the masses. They'll then be able to at least buy into or afford properties that weren't available in the past. Though what I'm seeing is that house pricing never drops.

House price falling is definitely a good thing for the people who doesn't have enough money to build or buy a house but for the people that already have a house and wanted to sell , they will be running at loss.
