Hermez network has been bought by a polygon

Of all my dealings with crypto currencies so far I have not come across the above mentioned crypto currencies before, if not for reading about it here. Indeed there are so many coins coming into the market recently and I think more are still coming. Thanks for sharing.

Personally I'm not really looking forward to this cryptocurrency because I really have a lot that I have invested my money into which I am still planning on pulling some of the investment because the coins are not really appreciating the way I wanted them.

I m not aware about this news but I have faith in Mattic, therefore, I have invested $200 on Mattic. I believe soon this coin is going to brust and become one of the top 10 coins.

I think the Hermez network was attracted to the money involved 250 million dollars is not a small money, but personally I don't won't sell my network for any amount of money instead I will consider developing it more.

Personally to me to I have not heard of this network before and in essence i think this will help polygon company grow more in size and since they have their own company before it will help them

Yes, it is definitely a merger with the polygon having the giant share. The company with the large share would be regarded as the owner of the company. This is what happened in this case.

This is not new because so many companies would want to form a formidable force inoder to compete favorably with the giant companies in the industry. It's very common.
