Have You Ever Used Traffic Exchange For Traffic?

When I started using traffic exchange many years ago, I though it was really good. However, later I realized, the traffic from traffic exchange is basically bot traffic and does not help your site in any ways. It just shows visitor counts. Have you ever used traffic exchange for traffic?

A similar thing happened to me, although I used their free traffic, honestly their traffic is of terrible quality, but TERRIBLE QUALITY, I prefer to leave several comments about my website on various Internet pages and manage to get a little organic traffic, rather than using the traffic bots from them, it doesn't work, plus more than one of their visits soon leave and don't count for anything, not even to position yourself better on Goolge, I don't recommend it at all

Visit timer for most traffic exchange is just 5-10 seconds and you will have very high bounce rate.
