Have you ever thought about doing a digital detox?

For those of us who work online, this is almost impossible, but the excess of screens and the internet can cause stress, fatigue, poor sleep, and many other symptoms that we can only escape from by doing a digital detox, have you ever done one? Are you thinking about it?

I don't think I have to because I know when to switch on and when to switch off. I work from home using internet and it is not possible to limit myself from devices.
