I recently won 50k satoshis of free BTC from a bonus at a crypto casino, so I went to withdraw it and the transaction never arrived, when I went to the transaction log on the website it had been deleted, I sent a ticket, and the ticket was never answered and it was also deleted from my inbox, so I gave up, I never used that crypto casino again, has something similar happened to you?

I didn't have this problem with crypto casinos, but I had exactly the same problem with fiat funds. They just made it look like I didn't win anything and didn't withdraw anything. I went through all the checks twice but they just didn't pay. And the main problem is that no one will be able to help in such a case

I have never own money to be able to withdraw through a casino. However, sometimes I gambled on Faucetpay and when I won I used to withdraw funds to my wallet. Faucetpay allows to gamble but it is not a casino site.
Faucetpay is more of a microwallet, but yes, Faucetpay is totally reliable, unlike many other online casinos that can deny you payment for no apparent reason.

A lot of casinos have high withdrawal threshold, thus making withdrawal very difficult for users. I once used to write articles for a casino forum and I was required to join a lot of casinos and play so that I could write honest reviews.

A while back, I won a small amount of crypto from a casino and had a similar issue where the withdrawal just never showed up. I even checked the transaction log, and like you, it had been wiped. I tried contacting support, but no luck—ticket disappeared too. After that, I decided to move on and steer clear of that site.
I did some research afterward and found csiss.org—Best Online Casinos in Canada 2024. It’s been a game-changer for me. I found some trustworthy casinos there with great customer support and smooth withdrawals. Haven’t had any issues since, so it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a reliable place to play.

If you've been denied a payment at a crypto casino, it's important to address the issue with customer support. If you're using Trust Wallet and facing problems, it's a good idea to check out user reviews for insights into their support service. I found the trustwallet customer support page quite helpful for understanding how to reach out and resolve any concerns.

Payments at cryptocurrency casinos can be denied for several reasons, primarily linked to security, regulations, or technical challenges. Common causes include:

1. Insufficient Funds: The user lacks enough cryptocurrency in their wallet.
2. Incorrect Wallet Address: An incorrect address entered can lead to a failed transaction.
3. Blockchain Network Issues: High transaction volume may cause delays or failures.
4. Transaction Fees: Low fees can prevent the payment from processing.
5. Compliance and KYC Issues: Payments can be denied if KYC verification is incomplete.
6. Suspicious Activity: Transactions flagged as suspicious may be blocked.
7. Regulatory Restrictions: Users from restricted areas may have their payments denied.
8. Account Problems: Suspended or restricted accounts can lead to payment failures.
9. Smart Contract Failures: In decentralized casinos, issues with smart contracts can disrupt payments.
10. Cryptocurrency Volatility: Changes in cryptocurrency value can impact transaction processing.
11. Compatibility Issues: Some cryptocurrencies may not be accepted by the casino.
12. Technical Glitches or Maintenance: Server issues or maintenance can hinder payment processing.

In conclusion, users should verify their account status and follow guidelines to avoid denied payments, seeking customer support for further assistance if needed.
