Well I feel we would be seeing more of these as times goes on, I see China already have their coin so more countries might follow suit, fingers crossed on how things turn out
This is already taking place even countries now want to have their on crypto that would serve as a stable coin which is being backed by their flat currency. Even my country has started making talks about creating their own crypto currencyThe way cryptocurrency is going it is very likely that almost all companies or in reputable institutions we like to have their own coin just as we have seen some football clubs already having their own cryptocurrency tokens or coin.
That's just it which is don't see to be a good move, countries should support cryptocurrencies so that there stablecoins can grow faster because investment will become much easier. This is already taking place even countries now want to have their on crypto that would serve as a stable coin which is being backed by their flat currency. Its called something have forgotten and is not that they they have any crypto currency for now unlike China with Yuan finance. But they are making research on there own coin...A while back I heard the US actually had their own cryptocurrency, or was looking to start one of their own. Is that true? if so, would you ever invest into a cryptocurrency owned and started by a government? I honestly don't know. As it could result in pay, but who knows how the government will work it out. They could impose extremely strict rules as well. What do you think though?
You have to take note that China's digital Yuan is not a crypto coin. It is just a digital version of their physical Yuan which value is the same of the Yuan. I don't think the digital Yuan can be traded because it is a government issue and not of any blockchain like the crypto coin.Well I feel we would be seeing more of these as times goes on, I see China already have their coin so more countries might follow suit, fingers crossed on how things turn out
If I remember correctly , what the government are trying to create is the digital version of their Fiat currency, CBDC. I have not read of any government trying to create their own cryptocurrencyGovernment should not stress themselves creating a Crypto currency they should just regulate the existing ones and allow people to make choices for themselves.
Yeah , most of them are just trying to create the digital version of their Fiat Currencies probably thinking that they can use that to discourage people from cryptocurrencies I wouldn't knowIf I remember correctly , what the government are trying to create is the digital version of their Fiat currency, CBDC. Hmmm from what you have said it means the coins the government plans on launching would not run on the Blockchain network. They are simply creating a digital currency that cannot be seen on touched physicallyGovernments are not trying to launch their own crypto currencies, they are trying to launch their own digital currency, digital currency is different from crypto currency.
