Are there any forums that issue crypto for posting? I know bizdustry sort of does this, but any sites that deal in exclusively crypto, maybe Bitcoin or Ethereum? I'm open to trying some of these sites out.

There are a lot of forums that pay for posting and most of these forums make use of crypto payment. However, most forums offer only litecoin as payment form. There are forums that also pay in dogecoin and few other coins but Bitcoin or Eth payment on forums are rare thing. Bizdustry, in its early days used to offer multiple payment options but currently has limited to litecoin and dogecoin.
I have posted on Discussion Bucks but have not reached payment threshold. I am aware that it offers different kinds of crypto withdrawal options. However, due to the low payment I am not much active. However, the forum is new and it might increase payment when it starts growing. Referral Index was a good forum where they paid with litecoin initially.
