Do you use Web3 wallets that are being implemented by more and more exchanges?

Many exchanges have decided to add such a wallet. I saw that this was definitely done by Baybit on Binance, but for me it is of no value because it is for more experienced users. Maybe it even simplifies some transfers, but not for me. Although there are a lot of projects that distribute their own tokens before listing for simple actions
