I think I can. It would be the most peaceful week of the year for me as I won't have to deal with people.

Absolutely, yes. It would be hard, of course, but I think it would be a great lesson for me.

Since I work online and pay my bills from the money I generate online, I need to be online always and my smartphone helps me to connect with my clients (because I use a lot of communication apps and workstations). However, I can survive without a smartphone, all I need to do is start using communication app on my laptop.

I think I can survive a week without my smartphone as I do most of my work on my PC. The only drawback will be I will not be able to make and receive phone calls.
