It looks like El Salvador's government has been emphasising a lot on Bitcoin and this is why they have been adopting Bitcoin as a legal tender for a very long time. The fact is that they do realise the importance of bitcoin and this is why they have planned to create a city where bitcoin will be used as a mainstream currency. This city seems like a fantasy come true. So, do you think that they will be successful when it comes to making this city?

It is actually a good thing to see a country that is fully in support of cryptocurrency and bitcoin specifically and I would really like to see some other countries start being open as well towards cryptocurrency especially United States of America because once USA supports cryptocurrency, it is going to thrive so much.

Well, I really don't know if it will prosper or not, if Bitcoin continues to develop and expand, it will surely do so, since they will have been pioneers in adopting the cryptocurrency and giving it the support it needed, on the other hand, Bukele wanted to get his economy out of the yoke of the dollar little by little, that is why they implemented Bitcoin as legal tender in the country, although El Salvador is still very dollarized and the adoption has not been really high even when they gave money to citizens in Bitcoin and created a local wallet for Bitcoin.

Given the complexity and novelty of the Bitcoin City project, its success may face challenges and uncertainties. It will likely take time to see how the initiative unfolds and whether it achieves its intended goals. Governments and organizations worldwide will closely observe its progress as it may serve as a unique experiment in integrating cryptocurrencies into traditional infrastructure and urban planning.

The whole country's financial strength will be vulnerable to the volatility of cryptocurrency. If they have a huge of their country's reserves on cryptocurrency, it may implode the economy should there be a massive fall in Bitcoin price.

Well, the plan to create a city where Bitcoin is used as a mainstream currency is indeed ambitious. While it may seem like a fantasy, it's essential to remember that innovative projects like this can still have a chance of success. El Salvador's government has been proactive in embracing Bitcoin, and if they dedicate the necessary resources and infrastructure, they might be able to achieve their goal. However, the success of such an endeavor will depend on various factors, including public adoption, technological advancements, and economic stability. Time will tell if this vision becomes a reality, but it's undoubtedly an intriguing initiative to watch.

They are obviously the first country to come out fully to back cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). It's definitely an ambitious move with a lot of risks but I believe that the government of El Salvador is well aware of the challenges to face with a big project like this one. They want the project to succeed and every other cryptocurrency enthusiast wants wants the same thing.

We have already seen that Bukele is a person who does not usually back down in his decisions, so he probably wants to take the project to success at all costs, we have already seen how he has cleaned his country of criminals and gangs in record time, with a strong hand, but he has succeeded.

I believe that all eyes are on what is happening in El Salvador now because they are leading the forefront when it comes to banking cryptocurrency and everyone is hoping that things go down well with what Bukele have in motion. Should Bitcoin thrive in the economy of the country, other countries will follow up.

The problem is that we will surely have to wait longer than we should to see El Salvador succeed economically thanks to Bitcoin, because for that to happen a Bullrun should come and seeing the current state of the economy that does nothing but get worse, and the crypto market is not very good that we say either, maybe we should wait some time for such a milestone.

It's just a bold risk that the government of the country have decided to take. It's very risky that all the world powers like the United States of America, United Kingdom, China, Russia and the rest haven't ever considered doing something like what El Salvador's government have done. It's either going to break them or make them..
