I do not think it's wise to buy ripple now because it's price keeps fluctuating and even it's value in the crypto currency market is very low. I do not see it as a viable crypto for now. I rather invest my money on something else.

Yes, to me it's worth investing in ripple. Some people have doubts about the coin progress because of the lawsuit but the performance of the in the midst of the lawsuit is really a good sign that the lawsuit might not affect Ripple's price.
