Do you like to help small businesses grow? You need need to shop locally. There are many reasons to shop locally.
Support the local economy: When you buy from local businesses, you will directly contribute to the business and indirectly to the economy of the community.
Unique products: Local businesses are also selling unique products. You can even buy handmade products and customized products that are perfect for you.
Eco-friendly: Unlike exported products that burn a lot of fossil fuel for transportation, the products you purchase are locally made and you will save the environment.
Do you shop locally? Do you encourage entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses?

All the time. Most of my local stores are local run. We got a family run grocery store across from a dollar general store, then we got a family dollar down the same road. Those two are all over the US though. We have some small thrift stores and a gift shop here too.
