Do you prefer monthly or yearly rent?

I like to pay rent monthly because you need a huge amount if you want to pay it yearly. I think you should pay monthly even when you have money to pay annually because you can use your money to make investments.

When you pay yearly, it is like buying things in bulk. You would reduce your monthly expenses.

I have never seen the option whereby a tenant is allowed to pay yearly rent and mostly people prefer to pay monthly rent and this is how it goes at least in my country.

In all the apartments that I have lived in, the rent have always been paid on yearly basis, although there are some house owners that are going to give you the option of paying every 6 months. I definitely prefer paying on a yearly basis, so I don't have to be reminded within the year that I am owing rent that has expired for me to pay.

It is going to be embarrassing for me to be reminded each and every month that I have to renew my rent for the month that is over. I will find it very stressful to be making that kind of payment on monthly basis. I will definitely ask to pay mine on yearly basis without any compromise.

Too much of anything makes me feel weary. So telling me this is gonna sucks. I will be like man, can you stop Giving me this reminder every month. There is only few days in a month.

You are absolutely right because if you pay one year's rent at once, you can avoid a lot of problems and you can also be mentally relieved because you will know that you have paid your entire year's rent.

For some of the monthly bills I pay, it's always a worry whenever the time to pay draws near. In fact, paying those bills monthly makes me restless. Why would I want to add to my problems by paying monthly rent?

On the other hand, one's lifestyle can be a determining factor. For someone who moves around a lot, paying yearly rent may lead to wastage of funds.

Either way, yearly rent pay is the most common way here. I've never paid a monthly rent before though I've once extended my rentage for three more months.

Actually for me, it's depend on the situation at hand. If you think paying it monthly will save you money for other important thing, then you can consider it. I think monthly is the best idea.

Month to month is better imo, simply because having to pay a huge sum at the end of the year sounds more daunting than a much smaller amount every month.

If your monthly bills are too much, it might be time to downsize if possible.

I would really like to pay rent once a year, but I don't for some reason. In my country, mostly all payments are made in a month or two, I need to save a lot of money to be able to pay so much at once, so for now it is very convenient monthly
