Do you feel that Bitcoin prices will increase?

Do you feel that Bitcoin prices will increase in the next 3-4 months? Also do you withdraw the Bitcoin payment you receive to your bank account immediately or wait till the price increases?
 
Since the beginning of this year, Bitcoin and the crypto market, in general, is gaining value. However, I don't think the price will go too high this year because the UNBited SDtates is considering rolling out some strict regulations to control the crypto market.

When are the regulations for controlling the crypto market likely to be announced. Will the prices increase to 30K USD or higher?

I think it will increase and the recent upward move from Bitcoin could be a sign of bull run.
