I believe that many individuals would like to have some small amount of power so they could make some improvements for their community, but do you truly believe that they could actually make a difference? I am certain that even if I succeeded which is already improbable I would be unable to alter anything since the system is unchangeable, and I believe my life expectancy would be short. Every nation is governed by outlaws.
