Do all wallets have waiting periods?

When it comes to cashing out in USD for example, do all wallets have a waiting period or can this be done instantly?

I am pretty new to crypto, I only just started paying attention to it in 2020 when I was off work (due to the virus).
 
It was previously the case, but now Coinbase has introduced instant cash transfer to the bank. Now you can instantly transfer your BTCs and other coins instantaneously to USD and deposit them into your Bank account. But this feature is now available only to US customers. They are yet to roll out this feature to other countries as of now.
 
Most of the ones that I usually take less than 5 minutes to process everything , whether deposit or withdrawal and this is usually faster than expected. They are all very fast.
 
I have never used any wallet to withdraw to cash because banks do not support crypto here. However, I have used P2P service on Binance and I normally receive payment within 15 minutes.
 
Not all wallets have waiting periods. Some wallets allow you to transfer funds instantly, while others may require you to wait a certain amount of time before you can access your funds. The type of wallet and the payment method used to deposit funds can determine the length of the waiting period.
 
Everyone that has eight I'm waiting period before transactions are confirmed. Although it might be different from one wallet to another with respect to time.
