Well the only problem is that the increasing part of the coin right now is not higher than the decreasing part of the coin, so whenever increases 2% it drops 3% so it makes it very challenging for people to invest in it.

Yes I actually recognise the little improvement on ripple coin however it is still gaining the support of the Japan government and because of the is it is making waves in the market.

I think ripple was affected by the court case. I think the case has been struck off. They have to face the recent dip in crypto. However, I know it'll recover when this dip is over because it's practical use is growing.

Despite the ongoing lawsuit with U.S SEC, I think XRP have overseen some improvement in its value in the last seven (7) days. The price value have gone little up, from $0.27 per token before, to $0.29 per token now. With its marketcap going higher too, peaked at $13.53 billion and the circulating price volume is at $45.4 billion in the last 7 days.

I believe that the lawsuit of ripple with the US sec has a great impact on its value. I really welcome this development. It is to ensure security to all who buy, invest and trade this coin. I think when there was good news as to the outcome of the lawsuit, the price of ripple instantaneously went up. That means the problem is solved.

I can't say if the lawsuit between Ripple and U.S SEC have been resolved totally. But I think it is not affecting Ripple again, the effect is on the downside.
