Yes, with coin moving in the right direction shows that they're taking over from the U.S SEC. That's why the case isn't on their kneck again. I believe SEC is feeling the heat now.

Yeah I'm not sure if any of this parties (sec or ripple) win the case. If sec win the case it might have affected ripple in the crypto run.

And as we can see, the case isn't going in the favour of SEC, if not you could've seen the price of XRP draining more down. XRP coin is moving and proving their on the driving seat in the case matter.

Cryptocurrency is always so annoying to me and don't even know if it is the right investment, the price liquidity is so brutal and there's a lot of fluctuation in the crypto system, I can't even imagine investing in such a volatile form of investment.

I have always been saying it on this platforms that ripple cannot be crippled just like that. It has gone through many ordeals and triumphed. Although the increment is reflecting in all the altcoins.

The increment on the ripples coin is due to the fact that the lawsuit that the US securities and exchange commission slammed on it have been withdrawn and they made a settlement.
