I really love to cycling because it gives me a lot of relaxation and it reduces my depression.

I use a stationary bike if that counts? I can ride it for 30 minutes all the way up to 2 hours at a time. It all depends on my mood and how I'm feeling. I have it set up in front of the TV so I can watch sports/shows/movies while I'm on the bike.
