I don't think there's an exact cryto that fluctuates with bitcoin price exactly. Sometimes they tends to go in an opposition direction or contrary to what the marketcoincap is said about bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the leader in the crypto market so certainly every other coins follow it's trend.
A fall in the price of Bitcoin woudl also send a fall in many other coins in the market especially the competitor.

Of course, due to the fact that bitcoin is the first most valuable cryptocurrency. I've noticed and it was even on record that almost all coins dropped in value the time that bitcoin dropped in value.
Litecoin, Ethereum, Tron, XRP are examples of coins that dropped in value too
Exactly. Most of them dip immediately Bitcoin drops and that explains that they follow the trend

Maybe you haven't done your research well or haven't been following cryptocurrency price movements. I mean the last popular dip that happened about 2 months ago, which coin kept being stable or increasing.
I had investments that were in the red all the time BTC was down

There are numerous cryptocurrencies like Ethereum , litecoin and Bitcoin cash that follow the exact price trends of bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most influential crypto and will remain to be forever in my opinion.

I think the bitcoin influences the price of the others Cryptocurrency market, I noticed whenever it comes down, the other coins will definitely comes down or begin to fluctuate

All the coins follows the trend of Bitcoin as the market leader but the only coin that I think sometimes goes different is Ethereum

Bitcoin is the most popular and most acceptable cryptocurrency. Hence, it will affects the value of all other coins directly and indirectly.
When there was a dip in bitcoin coins like eutherum and litecoin were affected.

For now I don't really know the cryptocurrency that follows bitcoin because we all know that bitcoin to all cryptocurrency, I think bitcoin cash.

I actually used to believe that the price of Bitcoin always affects the price of cryptocurrency that are listed but just yesterday I got to find out that there are coins that don't respond to the prices of Bitcoin like OMG.

If you check it very well, almost all the cryptocurrencies follow the price of the Bitcoin. If the Bitcoin price goes up for some time, you'll see that most ifnthe cryptocurrency will start going up in price sooner

Most of the coins catch a cold whenever bitcoin does so much as sneeze, however, I have noticed that a few coins although affected bitcoin but still hold strong a bit such as Magic and Ethereum.

I can boldly say that the most part of the cryptocurrencies we have today in the market follow the pattern of the Bitcoin in both directions. If the Bitcoin goes up they also up and vise versa

One thing I do not know is the reason why other coin drop in value once Bitcoin drops, but I just know they also drop in value when Bitcoin drops

I have really learnt so much about cryptocurrency in this forum. And so many other areas of life. Personally, I don't really know coins that fluctuate with bitcoins. And I think coinmarketcap and the likes are platforms investors should frequent for updates. It is just my opinion though. Thanks for sharing.

One thing I can say is that cryptocurrency assets change in price due to demand and supply in the marketplace. Does cryptocurrency that up in price when bitcoin goes down.

There are so many cryptocurrency that follows the bahavioural partern that the Bitcoin follows. And this is not something that is new to some of us that have been following how the Bitcoin behaves

Bitcoin is the leading figure of all the Cryptocurrencies and Altcoins in the world and they all obey the prices set up by Bitcoin simultaneously.

I don't know why the fluctuations in Bitcoin prices affect the altcoins but not at all times. There is somehow a link to Bitcoin and other altcoins. When a coin is doing well, the price of bitcoin must be good to some extent too

Honestly, it is rare for you to see coins doing well without bitcoin price being on the high side it is the basic determining factor for most other coins in the cryptocurrency market.
