Crypto Tax 20% in US

On Monday March 28, 2022, President Joe Biden the same as other investments such as real estate shares etc, will be subject to a 20% tax rate, even if the investment has not been sold.

Even outside US there is what is called the W-BEN8 tax form means any crypto trader is subject to taxes which leads to reducing any crypto earning then it is better that crypto isn't regularized.

These are one of the ways at which the government policies affect the cryptocurrency space and that is what we see in the US.

I am not aware of US taxation laws. I will have to find more. If they are applying the same taxation rate as for the traditional market, I think this is fair.
