Yes you are right. Internationally crypto currency is very legal because it has support from various governments and others even encouraging their country citizens to go into crypto and make passive income for themselves.

Whether cryptocurrency is considered to be legal or not is not a general question or statement but rather it is region specific. Therefore, just because there are countries that have embraced it and that are using it on a regular basis there are still those that will not be using it for the many concerns that it arises with them. Therefore, in some part of the world it may be illegal. Even within the USA, there are many states that are currently not open to the cryptocurrency world just yet.

In my country a lot of people feel that the government has blacklisted cryptocurrencies as illegal but what the government actually did was to stop the usage of cryptocurrencies in the banking sector. Cryptocurrency cannot be illegal because no one is being forced to use the currency.

In many countries crypto currency is still illegal. In many countries crypto currency transactions are blocked. IN many countries banks do not allow crypto investment and withdrawal

Cryptocurrencies is not illegal. But one can also say it is illegal in some jurisdictions hence the ban here and there we've all been seeing and hearing from various countries

At this time such kind of word can't be branded over to Cryptocurrency. No one have experienced any fraud dealing Cryptocurrency unless he or she used a fake exchange site.

Yeah exactly in some countries the existence of cryptocurrency is not illegal ,you could do transaction on crypto currency despite it not being a legal tender

Cryptocurrency is never illegal at all, only if it has been made somewhat illegal by the government of some countries and the reasons are best known to them

Most government do see crypto currency as a threat to the growth of their financial institution or they are taking a look at banning it so they could add more popularity to their digital currency , this makes some government make it illegal

Cryptocurrency is illegal in countries where it is not supported . For other countries it is very much legal and government are only regulating it for safety purposes

Yes it is not illegal in our country India. There are already lots of businesses and startups related to crypto and the local crypto exchanges have also seen increased number of investors over the past year.

I don't even see why digital cryptocurrency should be seen as being illegal. The only reason I see why the government agency tag crpto currency illegal is because of their inability to centralise it or regulate it!

It's not illegal, because if it's illegal am very sure that no one would invest in it to make more money ,no one would obviously want try it out and all countries would have stopped the operation

Even though developing countries like the UK and America are accepting cryptocurrency , it can still be made illegal in any country if it's affect the smooth running of the country.. It's depends on the country

Crypto is illegal in Algeria, I can't use or find someone to do transactions here in my country. I do have Binance accounts however I only use my Crypto to exchange with other people for different wallets such as Paypal or Payeer.
