Crypto as stock? IS that possible?

So I was talking with a friend who is attempting to play the stock market. He explained to me that I think Bitcoin could become a stock in itself, and that if you invest you can stand to make a ton. I don't know if this is by any means true, but if so, I would like to give it a shot. Do you guys know if crypto one day will become like a stock system?

Well, currently, with the proposal of blackrock ETF on Bitcoin, Bitcoin could enter the traditional markets and cease to exist only in the crypto market, which would integrate it in some way into the real economy and we could consider it as an "stock" although it is not the correct term to categorize it, also Bitcoin can be considered by the SEC within a while as a commodity and catalog it as such.

What are stocks? Stocks are assets that are tied to a business. The price goes up and down according to the market condition as well as the performance of the company. Crypto is not tied to anything. It is an asset that has value based on assumptions and emotions. It is entirely different from stocks. However, soon Bitcoin ETFs might be a true reality.

Personally I don't see this kind of a thing been possible in the future because cryptocurrency is not something that can be assigned as a stock by any company because of its volatile nature which makes it very difficult to contain the price movement. The only thing that can be done is using cryptocurrency to buy company's stock.
