Recently, the UK regulator, Telling people to buy crypto with a credit card, which actually purchases crypto with a credit card will incur high fees and there are other fees.

There are many alternative platforms like Binance or Gate IO means it is not the end of the world as many are offering the same feature.
 
It will take time for cryptocurrency establishments to know the rules when it comes to adverts. Considering that cryptocurrency itself is not fully accepted, this is not ban on some crypto adverts is not so surprising.
 
This is one of the ways at which cryptocurrency is regulated. It's good to use this type of measures for the good of the users.
 
I have seen this coming, considering the rate at which cryptocurrencies are been advertised on the streets of London. The ads are just too much that it will give room for porosity.
 
I am not based in the UK but I have read that the UK Central Banks has also advised banks not to support crypto. I am not sure if this is actually true.
