Commercial lot or residential lot, which is the best lot for investment?

I want to know which of these lots is best for investment, I know both of them yields some good rewards when it comes to investing In them but one definitely yields more.
If you don't know what they means here they are commercial plots are plots of land reserved for commercial purposes while residential lot are plots of lands reserves for residential purposes.

I think it is better to invest in commercial lot as you are likely to derive more benefit from it. It would give you more turns and it is safer to invest in commercial lot at those buildings would be covered by insurance in case there is a disaster.
