From your experience so far, which hosting package do you think is the most reliable and cheap for starters that do not have enough capital to go about their endeavors online with starting and growing a website?

You can start with EasyWordpress Plugin that is provided by NameCheap as their price aren't good except you are not looking for a WordPress blog then you could take a look at their VPS.

Hostinger seems to have the cheapest hosting for a big brand. Also, Namecheap seems to have cheap hosting. Nonetheless, you have to look at these things more closely. There might be more than meets the eye I think.

The cheapest webhostings can cost as little as $0.99 per month, like Hostinger. Other reliable web hosting providers are iPage, InMotion, DreamHost, HostGator, and Bluehost.

I decided to use Namecheap because back then I found it to be the cheapest web hosting service. I was able to host 3 websites for less than $10 for the first year. I am still with namecheap and it is still one of the cheapest web hosting companies in the web. I have not tried it but organge host provide $1 per month hosting services.
